Cave City

This guide is a guide for an alliance to get together and create one or two "Cave Cities". These cities are usually picked out by leadership as designated cities for all alliance member to send their extra silver to create super caves in these cities, making it easier to spy on target enemy cities without detection. These cities usually have at-least in the millions worth of silver in their caves, the owner of these cities nearly need to move the alliances silver into their caves, and when called upon they will do all of the alliances priority spying on targeted enemy cities before ops are carried out.
