New alliance tactics guides

I have just added two new guides to the site. Both are of the in the War/Tactics tab, and are respectivly about how you can get your alliance together and spell bomb an enemy to completly wipe out their wall w/o attacking, and the other is how your alliance can designate a few cities as alliance cave cities, all players send their extra silver to these cities to creat a few supper caves, making it easy to gather intell on upcoming ops without detection, unlike several individual spys this these cities can do the overall job giving your alliance the advantage of not being detected, and not alarming the enemy to which cities you will be taking this weekend.
